Edge Banding

All visible edges on our displays are covered with a decorative color to match the HPL or LPM surface. Edge banding comes in a variety colors to match your surface color or woodgrain. Available edge banding thicknesses are .018 mil, 1 mil, 2 mil and 3 mil. Wood veneers and wood strips are also available as an edge banding.

Durable, Attractive Edges

The edge banding is applied through our straight line edge banders where hot melt glue is applied with pressure. The machine then trims the ends and flush trims the top and bottom surface. Our BAK Contour Edge Banding machine applies the banding on any type of contour edge inside and outside radiuses. Edge banding offers a very durable edge that will enhance your display.
